I think the 'flying slippers' game was played by almost all of the kids during my time, where we stack up some 'cartoon card' in the form of a '^' shape, being the bets. If 5 kids is playing, then each will take out say 2 cards each, and then the 10 cards will be arranged standing up in the middle. Everyone moves back some distance from the card, and taking turn throwing or sliding their slippers towards the cards. Once hit, the card is his or hers..yeah it was played by girls too.
Oh yes, there is another type of game I remembered playing with my cousin brothers and sisters and my niece..Rope Jumping. The rope is made by tying up lots and lots of rubber band together to form a long elastic rope. Two persons hold the rope at each end, swing it in rythm, and the third person will step inside the rope and jump along with it and the counting starts..until the leg got caught by the rope. Then another challenger steps in.
Some other girlie games I participated are 'masak-masak', 'Batu Seremban' and others that I don't remember much.
