Ladies and gentleman, let me introduce the 'NordicTrack SpaceSaver Plus Elliptical' workout machine..hehe..I am a proud owner of this thing recently lah.Me and my family decided to get healthy and fit, that's the most valid reason for buying. It's not cheap but worth the price.
Rain or shine, it doesn't matter, what matter most is the determination to climb up and start grinding..haha.
Well, initial stage of grinding is like an uphill task. It has pre-programmed workout function to choose from, mine is weight loss and heart rate workout of course. Every now and then, the programme will turn up the resistance level making every step even harder, but without giving up, it is easy to overcome.
It is a good endurance training machine, fits me well coz my endurance level on workouts and exercising is damn low, at negative level sometimes. So it is helping me to build my endurance for an even greater event..conquering Mount Kinabalu! Muahahahaha...but not yet lah..I'm still carrying my 80 plus kg weigh around..need to reduce to a healthier level before the big task.
Hmm...I think I gotta take some self potraits of my flabby tummy and out of shaped body now and then to take it after 3 months after some serious workout as conclusive evidence that this things really work! Got interest to see ar?
